Is there a setup fee before my plan starts?
No separate setup fee is charged for our standard packages. Onboarding, including account audits and initial content planning, is included within your first month's subscription cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can move between the Starter, Growth, and Established packages as your business needs change. Adjustments are typically applied from the start of the following billing cycle.
What is included in the monthly price?
Each plan covers content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting as listed. Paid advertising budgets are separate from the management fee and are agreed upon in advance.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
We review campaign performance with you regularly and adjust strategy as needed. Since work is delivered monthly, refunds for completed work are not provided, but you may cancel future billing cycles at any time.
How is payment handled?
Invoices are issued monthly and payable via bank transfer or the methods agreed upon during onboarding. Payment terms are outlined clearly in your service agreement before work begins.
Are there any long-term contracts?
Our standard agreements run month-to-month after the initial term. We recommend a minimum commitment of three months to allow content strategy and audience growth to develop properly.
